Directions:
1)In a large bowl, mix peach puree with Xylitol.
2)Whip cream until fluffy.
3) Add milk and almond extract to peach mixture. Stir until blended. Fold in whip cream.
4) Pour mixture into a metal pan and place in freezer until just slightly frozen. Remove from freezer and working quickly whip small batches of the semi frozen mixture until fluffy. Refreeze each small batch as it is whipped. Eat right away or store in airtight containers. Thaw slightly before scooping.
