Ingredients :
1/8 tsp stevia powdered extract
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
¾ just juice blueberry

 

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine, stevia and mustard. Add vinegar; mix well. Gradually add oil while beating on medium speed; add blueberry juice, beat for about 5 minutes.

Cover and refrigerate. Serve over baby greens. Refrigerate leftovers.
Yield: 1 2/3 cup.
