Pest Control Products
The
Pest Management Regulatory Agency is the
section of Health Canada that regulates products that
claim pesticide activity or pest repellency and are
considered pest control products in Canada. These
products require an application for
Pest Control Product registration to be
completed.
There are also requirements for the
importation of pest control products in Canada.
